We teach preparedness that provides leadership, training, readiness and exercise support, and technical advantage, and your own in house emergency team as they prepare for disasters, mitigate the effects of disasters, respond to jurisdictional and company needs after a disaster, and launch effective recovery efforts including the writing of grants.

Preparing for a Building Explosion. The use of explosives by terrorists can result in collapsed buildings and fires. We can provide step-by-step advice on how to create and maintain a comprehensive emergency management program. It can be used by manufacturers, corporate offices, retailers, utilities or any organization where a sizable number of people work or gather.

Whether you operate from a high-rise building or an industrial complex; whether you own, rent or lease your property; whether you are a large or small company or government inity; the concepts here will apply.

To begin, you need not have in-depth knowledge of emergency management. What you need is the authority to create a plan and a commitment from the chief executive officer or city manager to make emergency management part of your city, county or corporate culture.

If you already have a plan, we can assess and update your plan. We will form a planning team and show you how to conduct a vulnerability analysis; how to develop a plan; and how to implement the plan. The information can be applied to virtually any type of business or industry.
